• Ensure to maintain proper record of all staff benefits in line company policy.
• Interpret and implement Human Resources policies/process/guidelines regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc. Should be able to propose for improvement of HR policy as necessary.
• Manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases, employee information collection, analysis and reporting; ensures on data integrity, data analysis and prepare data analysis.
• Ensure to support on HR operational issue and employee benefits related complaints as necessary.
• Make sure to check all benefit balance to be correct with entitlement.
• Prepare communications to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government‐mandated disclosures.
• Ensure to support in recruitment process with candidates and internal departments.
• Screening and outsourcing resources on recruitment online platform
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor depend on the urgent and important needs.<br />
