Job Description

This role responsible to managing a team, coordinating production schedules, and implementing processes to optimize productivity and minimize waste. Candidate will have a strong background in food production, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality fresh products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

To build the fresh and production range and portfolio.
To understand the needs of our customers and to regularly review our F&P product offering to ensure we meet the demand of the market.
To provide product knowledge/training to our staff (and customer if required).
To ensure good product quality and to work with customers on quality related issues.
To work with internal supply chain team to ensure product supply consistency.
To equip the team members with necessary skill and knowledge to effectively manage their task.
Communication with Warehouse and Factory.
Calculating the Seafood Pricing Calculation.
Manage the New products of F&P and communicated with external.
Manage the Local Meat Order and Complaints.
Manage Dealing With Customer Complaints, delivery issues and product issues.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
Proven experience in food production management, with a focus on fresh food products.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, including HACCP principles.
Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, vendors, and customers.
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite and production management software.
