Job Description

Now, we are seeking the Merchandizing supervisor who is dynamic to support at City books and music outlet, responsible to translate group category objectives for this category in the areas of assortment structure & management, import, promotion, planogram and trading terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and meeting suitable suppliers/manufacturers

• Managing stock levels

• Negotiating prices, quantities and delivery time-scales

• Predicting sales, profits and producing reports

• Handling supply/production problems as they arise

• Communicating closely with store operation

• Deciding which products should be stocked for each type and size of store

• Gathering information regarding customers' reactions to products

• Accessing and analyzing sales performance of different ranges and information

Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from recognized universities.

• Computer Literate - MS Word & Excel

• Should have at least 1year Experience in Merchandising or Purchasing Field

• Good command of English (spoken & written)

• Good communication skills
