Job Description
This role responsible to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing clerical functions. The role requires a high level of discretion and professionalism due to the sensitive nature of the information handled.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes as required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure they are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior management, clients, and vendors.
• Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
