Job Description
This position responsible for the negotiation, administration, and management of leases and license agreements, ensuring compliance and maximizing value for the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversees the negotiation process and management of leases for company properties, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all legal requirements.
• Strictly adheres to the PDG Procurement processes.
• Submits proposals for approval and follows the PDG Delegated Authorities Policy
• Ensures accurate documentation, publishes informative control document.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure company compliance and competitive advantage.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding the status of licenses, leases, and compliance efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, landlords, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate any compliance risks related to licenses and leases.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Proven working experience as lease and license executive within a FMCG background.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and drafting leases and license agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
