Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator (Procure to Pay) to join our team.

This role is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, from identifying procurement needs to processing payments (matching to reconciliation). You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and finance teams to streamline processes and optimize the procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Matching – Match the daily stock reception with delivery order note/invoices and make entry to accounting system in daily basis.

• Checking the goods return notes and match it in the system (Price, Quantity, branches etc)

• Monthly supplier reconciliations (Maximum 20+ main suppliers, 60+ small suppliers)

• Following up the suppliers AR balances and update in the AR reports

• Following up and solving the supplier complaints

• Preparation of month end reports and balance sheet schedules

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor and Manager

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree related with finance and accounts

• LCCI III is a must.

• Strong understanding of the nature of Accounts payables and supplier reconciliation.

• Understanding on account receivables process and settlement

• Strong excel skills.

• Familiar of SAP software

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field

• Attention to details and accuracy
