Job Description This position responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.Monitor and maintain computer systems.Troubleshoot system and network problems.Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.Replace parts as required.Provide technical support to users, including creating documentation and reports.Respond promptly to service requests.Manage and prioritize multiple support cases.Build rapport with clients and other IT professionals.Develop web forms, workflows, and applications using SharePoint, Power Apps, and similar tools.Support existing websites and e-commerce platforms.Potentially interact with vendors regarding website or e-commerce issues.
Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field .Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.Experience with network administration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Good cooperation in teamwork and some evening and weekend schedules will be required.
