• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and MS office, POS application.
• Maintain & Troubleshoot hardware, basic network, CCTV and MS office, POS application.
• Technical support to the office users and stores users.
• Able to perform on-site and remote technical support.
• Required to conduct a root cause analysis of the system issues to look for permanent solution and make ensure to avoid recurrence.
• Coordinate with the technicians and IT engineers for accomplishing various tasks.
• Provides emergency on-call support with rotating schedule.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager are needed. (Travel to client sites)
• Hardware and Software Inventory Management.
• Perform tests on new hardware and software.
