IT Senior Supervisor (ERP) is responsible for maintaining, modification and analyzing Odoo ERP and be supportive to operational activities that related to Odoo ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Odoo development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.
Involve in maintaining the project plans and track closely for any deviations
Collaborate with vendor project managers to design and architect Odoo solutions that meets the defined scope in the project.
Perform regular code reviews and ensure the development team follows coding standards and best practices.
Track project progress and identify potential risks and timely escalation to senior management
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors
Work with implementation partner and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for Odoo projects, including system designs, workflows, and user guides.
Manage source code and its version control (Github)
Responsible for module deployment and module version sequences.
Prepare and present project status reports to management
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team
Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and team members, helping them grow their Odoo skills.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a Odoo EPP development and deployment
Must have the knowledge of Odoo functionalities (advantages for Odoo certificate holder).
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must have knowledge of distributed version control (Github)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working with F&B / Retail businesses is preferable.
