Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of L&D Digital Content Creator with a primary focus on digital learning content. He/she will be responsible for developing and producing engaging digital learning content, particularly eLearning videos, to support our organization's training initiatives. This position entails collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the eLearning experience through innovative content creation, including basic video editing skills and graphic design using tools such as Canva.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging eLearning videos to support training initiatives, knowledge sharing, and engagement.
Utilize basic video editing skills to enhance the quality and effectiveness of eLearning videos.
Incorporate Canva and graphic design principles to create visually appealing eLearning materials.
Collaborate with the L&D trainers and subject matter experts to conceptualize, storyboard, film, edit, and produce high-quality eLearning content.
Ensure that eLearning and multimedia content is in line with learning objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital learning content creation to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital learning offerings.
Work as part of a team, contributing to shared goals and objectives in the development of eLearning content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Group Learning Manager related to eLearning content creation and digital learning initiatives.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree or related qualification is required.
Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to create engaging digital learning multimedia content.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent personal and time management skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they meet the skills requirements.
1+ years of experience in digital learning content creation or a related field.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools specifically geared towards eLearning content creation (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe After Effect (Optional)).
