Job Description

The main purpose of this position is to manage, maintain, support, and monitor business applications and Support hardware and service delivery matters. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating technicians and IT engineers of Support team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and MS office, POS application.

• Maintain & Troubleshoot hardware, basic network, CCTV and MS office, POS application.

• Technical support to the office users and stores users.

• Able to perform on-site and remote technical support.

• Required to conduct a root cause analysis of the system issues to look for permanent solution and make ensure to avoid recurrence.

• Coordinate with the technicians and IT engineers for accomplishing various tasks.

• Provides emergency on-call support with rotating schedule.

• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager are needed. (Travel to client sites)

• Hardware and Software Inventory Management.

• Perform tests on new hardware and software.

Key Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree holder.

• Minimum 2 Years’ experience of end user’s helpdesk support experiences.

• Well experience with Hardware, Windows OS, MS office are mandatory requirements.

• Retail POS system and stores’ support experiences are preferred.

• Good interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.

• Well organized and able to prioritize workload over urgent vs important.

• Ability to work independently and as well as collaborate with a team.

• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

• Preferred basic business communication level of English language.
