The role of HR Assist is handling recruitment process, arrange orientation, handle EC process, employee documentation, support in welfare programs & HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in phone screening, end-to-end onboarding and HRIS employee data input process.
Schedule orientation program for new staffs aligned with L&D team.
Handle medicine requisition by monthly.
Handle EC process.
Keep maintaining employee document filing.
Assist in timely track the new employee info and prepare required recommendation letter. (if applicable).
Work together with HR team for departmental projects; initiative programs, digital trasformation related activities - (digital learning, city jobs portal, etc, monthly payroll process, audit related matter)
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of generalist experience.
Familiar with HRIS system, software.
Active & good team collaboration.
Able to type Unicode
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Basic knowledge of MS office (outlook, word, excel)
