Job Description

This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Power BI solutions to meet business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in Power BI, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights and support decision-making.
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those.
Able to understand SAP B1 and V5 POS table structure.
Analyze current ETL process and creating data set for reports , develop data queries BI Dashboard.
SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Follow up Weekly meeting.
To work with team members strength team bonding.
To work with other divisions to improve current process.
Effective Leadership skill ,Negotiation skills ,Time management and Analytical approach

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Power BI developer,with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Power BI solutions.
Strong knowledge of Power BI features, including data modeling, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization best practices.
Business communication level of English language skill.
