This position plays a key role in driving the success of assigned marketing activation campaigns, taking ownership of all aspects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the execution of assigned marketing activation campaigns, including defining objectives, strategies, and tactics.
Manage project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Develop compelling campaign concepts that align with brand goals and target audience needs.
Present campaign proposals to stakeholders and gain approval for implementation.
Identify and negotiate with vendors for necessary services and materials related to assigned campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage and oversee the work of external partners to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify key insights and measure success against objectives.
Key Requirements
Graduate.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing activation or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading and executing marketing campaigns, demonstrating measurable results.
Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and coach team members.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant marketing software.
