Business Strategy
- a. Work with Distributor Marketing Director to identify key brand issues, market landscape and ground operation
- b. Identify local insight for share growth opportunities and competitive updates
Financial and Planning
- a. A&P planning and work with Distributor Marketing Director for brand budget, planning and tracking
Function Strategy
- a. Develop local marketing plans in both Consumer and Ethical Marketing and align with ANI Marketing Manager
- b. Collaboration with ANI team and local teams for NPI development process (volume forecast, label development, MOH license, customer listing, distribution plan, ethical channels listing, roll out plan)
Function Operation
- a. Lead in Campaign launch plan (including local promotion mechanics, GWP, Price Off proposal) with other functional teams, preparation for all local assets and materials with Trade Marketing, Ethical Sales, Sales Team, CRM with agency partners and align with ANI Marketing Manager
- b. Develop local communication messages and materials and HCP detailing aids and PA message and brief to Ethical Marketing, Ethical Sales and Trade Marketing team for implementation including Sales engagement plan.
- c. Monitoring and Tracking all KPIs
- d. Lead in competitor and market share analysis with local teams (trade marketing, sales, ethical sales, CRM, digital)
