Job Description

Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.

Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events.

Creating engaging content for various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, and email newsletters.

Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote and drive target foot traffic, increase customer engagement, enhance the center’s visibility and maximize revenue opportunities.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials, signage, and digital platforms. Maintain and enhance the shopping center's brand identity and reputation.
Manage social media agency and utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, website, and mobile apps to reach the target audience, increase online visibility, and drive customer engagement. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with tenants to provide marketing support, including co-op advertising programs, joint promotions, and cross-marketing opportunities. Assist in developing and executing tenant-specific marketing plans.
Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of funds. Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts, and track ROI for marketing initiatives.
Plan and coordinate special events, seasonal activities, and community outreach programs within the shopping center. Collaborate with tenants and external partners to create engaging experiences for visitors.
Prepare and present marketing reports and performance updates to senior management on a regular basis.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Must have 4 years & above experiences in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of basic design principles and graphic design software can be beneficial.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
