- Identified opportunities for upselling additional content services or cross-selling complementary offerings to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to introduce new services to clients.
- Monitor & analyze key account metrics, providing regular performance reports to clients. Use data insights to optimize content strategies and recommend improvements.
