Job Description

The Ad and Promo General Manager is responsible for formulating the multichannel marketing calendar (or trade plan) and planning the relating activities as well as driving customer-centric promotional strategy for all CMHL brands

Key Responsibilities

Own the multichannel marketing calendar (or trade plan) planning to ensure all marketing activities across different channels are synchronized in a way to augment the overall consumer experience
Orchestrate and direct cross-departmental and multichannel marketing efforts to implement the schedule communication, promotional and/or consumer engagement activities.
Define a customer-centric and insights-driven promotional strategy and objectives that are aligned with the multichannel marketing strategy
Provide recommendations to Merchandising on the marketing techniques and promotional mechanics best suited to achieve the objectives of each promotional activity.
Evaluate the aggregated performance of all promotion activities across categories to continuously refine and improve promotional strategy

Key Requirements

Well rounded in integrated marketing communication channels, techniques and promotional tactics
5-8 years of relevant experience in retail industry
Advanced skills in communication, planning and negotiation and stakeholder alignment.
