Job Description

We are activity seeking an experienced and results- driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team at The Pink Sun, a leading provider of content services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content solutions, and contributing to the overall success of our content service business.

Key Responsibilities

Builds and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their content needs and business objectives.
Develop & implement strategic plans to meet and account exceed revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with clients to understand their content strategy, ensuring alignment with our service offerings.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of content projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet or exceed client expectations. Work closely with internal teams, including content creators, editors, managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Identified opportunities for upselling additional content services or cross-selling complementary offerings to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to introduce new services to clients.
Monitor & analyze key account metrics, providing regular performance reports to clients. Use data insights to optimize content strategies and recommend improvements.
Proactivity address and resolve client concerns or issues ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Act as a problem-solving resource for clients and internal terms.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market conditions related to content services. Utilize market insights to position our content services as a valuable and innovative solution for clients.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the content services or related industry.
In-depth understanding of content creation, marketing, and digital media.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop comprehensive account plans.
Strong organizational & project management skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
