Job Description

This position responsible for creating and updating designs for our products under Premium Distribution Group (PDG) and primary focus will be to ensure that all designs to align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicates the essence of our products to consumers. 

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all designs adhere to the established brand guidelines for each brand .
Maintain consistency in design elements, including typography, color schemes, and logos, to reinforce brand identity.
Keep abreast of industry trends and design innovations to enhance designs. 
Proactively update designs to align with evolving consumer preferences and market trends. 
Review and approve proofs to ensure they meet quality and printing standards.
Collaborate with external printing vendors to ensure the final printed reflects the intended design accurately. 
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines. 
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather design requirements and provide design updates as needed.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise. 
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). 
Understanding of print production processes and techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work. 
Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions. 
Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to adapt designs within established parameters.
