Job Description
This position responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to promote our brand, products, and services. This role plays a vital part in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, and traditional media.
• Create engaging content (written, visual, and audio) for various marketing materials, such as website copy, social media posts, press releases, and email campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure positive press coverage.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including developing marketing materials and managing logistics.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Work collaboratively with other marketing team members, sales team, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
