Job Description

Develop the overall digital marketing strategies for assigned brands in ANI and work with product marketing to plan and execute digital campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

Measure the ROI and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable recommendation.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspect of digital communication for assigned brands from strategy to action
Own all online communication channels; websites , social media as well as Ecommerce shop in shop display
Drive online awareness and engagement and conversion with consumers
Drive and implement cost effective online and social media marketing campaigns, paid and organic search activities (PPC, SEO), SEM, affiliate marketing, blogging, and other marketing initiatives with IMC alignment
Budget planning and recommending for assigned brands in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and company objective
Follow online marketing trends, new social media site/platforms and able to make recommendations
Perform initiative and creative idea for online campaign targeting online users
Provide ROI and post-campaign measurement and recommendation to improve future online campaigns

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred or equivalent and relevant work experience
Strong experience with social media, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, eCommerce, mobile & web analytics
At least 3-5 years of digital / social media communications experience with background in FMCG or E-commerce industry preferred
Deep understanding of social media platforms
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English and Local language)
Sound understanding or qualifications in marketing related principles
