• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their dashboard needs and objectives. Elicit detailed requirements including key performance indicators (KPIs), visualization preferences, and user access permissions.
• Work with BI team to translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly BI dashboards.
• Facilitate the testing process to validate the functionality and accuracy of the developed dashboards.
• Assist in creating user documentation and conduct training sessions for BI users to ensure a smooth boarding experience.
• Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle.
• Regularly validate BI data sources ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define KPIs, track the performance of business processes and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop metrics that align with business goals.<br />
