Job Description

Graphic Designer is a creative professional responsible for assisting in the creation of visual assets and materials to support various marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. Working under the guidance of senior designers or creative directors, the Junior Graphic Designer contributes to the conceptualization, design, and production of print and digital materials.

Key Responsibilities

Develop visually striking graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, including posters, flyers, banners, brochures, signage, social media graphics and more
Ensure all designs adhere to the shopping center's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across various platforms.
Create eye-catching visuals and illustrations for online advertisements, social media posts, website banners, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the external marketing agencies to optimize designs for different digital channels, considering mobile responsiveness and user experience.
Design event-specific marketing collateral to promote special occasions, seasonal celebrations, sales events, and entertainment programs within the shopping center.
Work closely with the marketing team, property team, and external vendors to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
Listen to feedback and incorporate necessary changes to improve design outcomes.
Generate captivating visuals for the shopping center's website, social media platforms, and other online channels to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Assist with photo shoots for promotional events and campaigns and perform image editing and manipulation as needed.

Key Requirements

Any Graduated
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are essential. Familiarity with other design tools and software is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative concepts, and meet project objectives.
Clear and effective communication skills are crucial for presenting design concepts, receiving feedback, and collaborating with team members and clients.
